7 Days Return

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused and in original condition.

Payment

We accept secure online payments, and orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Once your payment is successfully processed and you receive payment confirmation from us, your order is prepared for dispatch via Royal Mail insured delivery. Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM are dispatched the same working day and delivered on the next working day. Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM are dispatched the following working day and delivered on the second working day.

Orders paid and confirmed before 5:00 PM are delivered next working day via Royal Mail insured delivery. Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM arrive on the second working day

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items only, subject to our policy. If you have any complaints or need assistance, please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to help.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be handled according to our returns policy.

Your invoice is sent to you via email or WhatsApp once your payment is successfully confirmed. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer support team.
